Any same saveState with tomahawk

I am new to Richfaces. I am try to some function on tabPanel. And try to to persist beans linked each page on the tabPanel. I know we can use <t:saveState to do this with tomahawk. May I know if Richfaces can do same thing on it?

see a4j:keepAlive component

It seem keepAlive had to work with <a4j:commandButton action="next" value="Next &gt;&gt;" reRender="wizard"/> together.

I try to migrate code google house on ajax4jsf, and replce all tomahawk with richfaces. When I switch between tabPanels(employee.jsp), they keep all information for each pages using <t:saveState value="#{employeeTable}" ></t:saveState>, not need clicking command button.

Any suggestion?
