gmap doesn't work with facelets on firefox

Hello,
the gmap component doesn't work with facelets using firefox.
A Javascript error "ns_error_dom_not_supported_err" is thrown since xhtml documents are not supported by the google maps api.
This seems to be an google maps bug.

Is there any workaround to get the gmap component working?

xm.. I've checked the demosite example with 2.0.0.4 FF and it works for me.

The example application works, because the Content-Type in the header was modified to:
Content-Type: text/html;charset=UTF-8

In standard facelet applications it is:
Content-Type: application/xhtml+xml;charset=UTF-8

The problem occurs with the second (standard) header, only.
