suggestionbox disappeares when using scrolling inside it

In ie6, ie7, opera9 suggestionbox window disappeares when using scrolling inside it, in mozilla everything works fine. It's not friendly i think, it's bug.
User can't scroll to the bottom of long suggestions list by dragging mouse and select item from bottom of it.

I found bug like this in jira, but it's closed and doesn't resolved. Jira link - http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/RF-165

seems you use old version. On my 3.0.2 snapshot - it fixed.
