JBoss and IP address

I installed JBoss 4.2.2 on a machine with an IP address of 192.168.1.200. (Running Ubuntu 6.06)

To see the JBoss welcome page I can get there by going to http://localhost:8080 or http://127.0.0.1 ... but not by http://192.168.1.200:8080. Why? Since I can't display the page with that URL I can't get another machine on my network to display it either.

How can I fix this?

Thank you. I'd been using 4.0.4 before ... when I upgraded to 4.2.2 I thought something in my environment must have changed ... didn't think it was JBoss itself (Duh!) ... Now everything works as expected.
