get selected node from tree?

Hello!
I'm experimanting with the richfaces-tree. I've searched the forums for my issue, but haven't found a solution.
Is there a method to get the selected node from a bean? I want to render a part of the site via ajax4jsf when the user clicks on a node, but therefore I need the selected one (the generated content depends on the selected node).

Hi!
This is the method that is called every time when node is expanded/collapsed
in your bean.

public void onExpand(NodeExpandedEvent event) {
UITree tree = (UITree) event.getComponent();
//you have the expanded/collapsed node(tree)
}

and in your jsp you need to set:
<r:tree
changeExpandListener="#{someBean.onExpand}"/>

I have been trying to do something similar with datascroller, but can get no advice.

I didn't test this but maybe it will work.
You can set the binding=#{dataScroller},
which is in your bean injected and outjected:

@In(required=true,create=true)
@Out(required=true)
private org.richfaces.component.UIDatascroller dataScroller;

and then trying to call the dataScroller.getPageIndex() from your
processAction method.
