Deploying error: LifecycleException: Pipeline has not been

Hi,
I'm new to JBoss and to J2EE. I tried to make a tutorial with JBoss, which is originally for GlassFish, but on deployment, I got the following errors:

I'm using JBoss 5 RC1 (Netbeans didn't let me to use Java EE 5 with 4.x)

There's an older version of this tutorial for NetBeans 5.5 and JBoss, that works, I tried with jboss 4.2.2.
