how to change localhost name to my PC name

I am a beginner.

I just download JB and click "run.bat" and JB up and running.

for the link http://localhost:8080/portal/index.html

But I want to change localhost to my PC name

http://mypcname:8080/portal/index.html

but it doesn't work

Why? how to fix?
