Monitoring EJB Pool Size

I'm trying to find out if JBoss has a mechanism that will allow me to see how many beans (stateless/mdb) currently exist in the pool. I have my min set to 5 and my max to 15, so I want to know if I can monitor the increase or decrease of the pool size so I can do some tuning.
