stress test /Performance Tuning /monitor thread pool

Hi all
I have to make a stress test on my application who runs on jboss. I have to test the behaviour of this app with different configurations of jboss

I've seen that thread pool settings are on jboss-service.xml. Are there other settings xmls I can change to change the performance?

How can I monitor my tread pool?
