Tree nested into panelbar problems

Hi all!
I'm trying to do a menu with panelbar items and nested trees using 3.0.1 snapshot .. but I have 2 problems:
- with I Explorer if I expand a tree and then collapse it, the panelbarItem that contains it doesn't resize .. it leaves a blank space .. firefox works fine
- when i select a tree node ( leaf ) I call the NodeSelectedListener .. but the node remains selected and if i click it again no event is sent .. I have to click another node to take off the focus ..

There is a way to tell the tree to send ajax submission on collapse/expand? .. i find only setAjaxSubmitSelection ..
