An view from an individual developer

HI JBoss :

I am a individual developer and work with JBoss start from 2.X.

It is OK to work on JBoss but I cannot get a detailed docs on some advance features like developing MBean etc....
Even I am willing to pay for that ?

Help !! I dont want to switch to other application server.
