Patch: Added ability to browse scheduled messages (JMX)

I needed the ability to look from the JMX console at all of the messages that were scheduled for delivery, similar to how you can look at all of the messages on the queue.

It was actually quite trivial -- but I would like to offer the patch back up.

Any interest, and how would I go about getting it to you?

If you prepare a patch (diff against 3.2 or 4.0 CVS) you can either post it to Sourceforge or e-mail it to me. I'd be happy to check and apply it.
