test targets change to procedure

For everyone working on the project:

I'll shortly be changing the default test target to run the stress tests as well.

This is so they can be part of the cruise control continuous testing. (They're good at catching races)

Since they take a long time to run (about 2.5 hours) on my box, there is no requirement to run them before each commit.

Therefore I shall introduce a new target "test-nostress" that runs all the tests minus the stress tests, and this *must* be run before each commit (as is currently the case with the default target).
