We're currently separating JBoss Messaging from the main JBossAS trunk and creating a new SVN project for it. Write access to the JMS subtree in JBossAS has been disabled and it won't be restored.
Once the new standalone Messaging SVN project is set up, the write access will be enabled there. I will follow up on this forum when the migration is completed.
