JBMESSAGING-744 - clustered queue redeployment

When you redeploy a clustered queue, the messages aren't deleted. Is this a bug or the behavior in clustered queues would be different on this respect?

We don't delete messages when we deploy/redeploy any kind of queue, clustered or non clustered.

This was not a bug as expected...

If I used stop/start instead of stopServerPeer / startServerPeer on the test, everything worked fine both clustered/nonClustered.

I'm changing the test to use stop/start instead of startServerPeer/stopServerPeer, unless anyone sees a problem.
