Location of examples

I'm thinking we should place the examples in their own top level directory /examples rather than /docs/examples.

It seems to me, although they're related, examples are not "owned" by the documentation so would be more natural to have them in their own dir.

I agree, the only reason i did this was to be consistent with JBoss AS. I'll move them.
