Build distro target

I'm trying to build the distro, and I notice that the distro target just seems to copy files into a directory - doesn't actually create the distro (.zip, tar.gz etc).

Is this intentional? Also the distro lib dir seems to contain jars which are unnecessary for operation: concurrent, jgroups etc

ok, i'll tidy up removing any jars that aren't needed and a target to create a zip and a tar.gz

the distro task now builds a zip and a tar.gz.

Ive also removed unused jars

One other small thing - I couldn't see a run.bat in the distro bin directory for our windows users, only a run.sh
