I'm doing a cleanup of the duplicated transaction and routing code to isolate it it one place.
During the process I've broken some of the paging integration tests - could you take a look as a matter of urgency?- it will probably be an easy fix for you.
It basically seems to be going around in an infinite loop depaging the same messages but not routing them anywhere.
