Why does the JBM 2 JMS RA do reconnection

I can see reconnection logic in the new JBM 2 RA, JBMActivation::handleFailure.

This is unnecessary (and confusing) since JBM session factories handle reconnection themselves.

The RA reconnection code and reconnection config settings should be removed.

There are probably more properties from the inbound part that are not needed for JBM 2.0...

If Andy updates Branch_5_x_JBM2 to be based on 5.1.Beta1 - which has support for java.util.logging - testing would be easier.
