.. on it, as well as JMSServerControl.

Shouldn't they just be on JMSServerControl?

Ok don't answer the previous question, but I have another one:

Why do we have a ManagementHelper class and also a JMSManagementHelper class which seems to do pretty much the same thing and have duplicate code?
