Windows .lnk handled by scanner suggestion

It could be a good feature to have the file URL scanner to detect windows shortcut links and have it traverse them, similar to what symbolic links can do on unix plafforms.

That would require to write a parser for this format and hook it in the scanner.

Or use a real symbolic link (known as a junction in windows)

I used it once but I had to install the specific tool to have it working that's what I did not liked it very much.
