Persistence unit deployer

A couple of questions for the persistence unit deployer:

1. Where do I get the kernel name for the persistence unit from?
2. Where do I get the JNDI name for the transaction scope persistence context from?
3. How do I create a dependency on the data source? A JNDI dependency? Or a bean name from somewhere?

1. What is registering the mcbean or mbean for this?
3. The org.jboss.ejb3.deployers.JBossASDepdencyPolicy has an addDatasource(String jndiName) for this.

3. I've added DataSourceDependencyResolver to the mix, which is an inversion of DependencyPolicy with the same goal: externalize the naming of a DataSource.

1. I've added org.jboss.jpa.resolvers.PersistenceUnitDependencyResolver which manages the kernel names for both the supplier and consumers.
