We have been working more on the performance instead of scalibility. :-) Right now, we are in the process of getting some new benchmark on both TreeCache and TreeCacheAop. The main focus is still replication among cluster machines since we envision more use cases in that area.

But definitely, scalability number is also one thing we'd like to have.
