bdbje(sleepycat) version with jboss-cache 1.2.3

Hi,

We had a performance problem with version 1.2.3.
Putting big objects to persistence cache was taking too much time and memory. I have figured out that the problem was originating from bdbje.
The version of bdbje packaged with jboss cache was 1.7.0.
When I tried to use the version 2.0.83 of the bdbje, problem is solved.

Now, I wonder why you choose to pack the jboss cache with that old version bdbje. Can there be any compatibility issue with the latest version of bdbje?

We are using jboss-cache in production environment so we do not prefer to use a beta version.

Is it safe to use the new version of bdbje with version 1.2.3.
What is done in release 1.2.4? Did you just use a newer version of bdbje or make changes in order to make it compatible with the newer version?

Just patch the bdje new version should work as well. 1.2.4 is coming out this week, btw.
