Hi,
what do you do with entity beans in jboss cache (distributed cache on a cluster)? do you cache them at all? and if you cache them (i think you do)and they get updated, do you invalidate or replicate the data on the caches (in other words: do you still use the invalidation framework to invalidate the beans and otherwise leave it to the database?? or have you developed replication for entity beans in jboss cache??) and the last one: why is your invalidation now (jboss 4.0.2) much faster than in jboss 3.2.5?? i read all the documentation (or at least scanned through it) and could not find the answers.
Thanks for the help,
Sebastian
Right now, EJB2.1 entity bean clustering does not use JBoss Cache. Only in ejb3.0, it does (through second level cache of Hibernate).
