1. Re: difference between Jboss and Dummy Transaction
ben.wang Feb 27, 2006 4:56 AM (in response to srivathsak)DummyTransactionManager is mostly for testing only. If you use transaction, you should configure JBossTransactionManager. Otherwise, you can also leave it blank.

2. Re: difference between Jboss and Dummy Transaction
srivathsak Feb 27, 2006 5:28 AM (in response to srivathsak)ok, if i use "JbossTransactionManagerLookup" do i have to configure it in XML file other than PropertyFileConfigurator.xml file.
I am using "UserTransaction" , so are there any other configurations to be done in JBoss Environment.
Also are there any document where i can find the configuration details for
"JbossTransactionManagerLookup" , please send me the link.
cause, i did not find any config information in the documentation given by the Jboss Tree Cache docs. -

ben.wang Mar 1, 2006 11:55 PM (in response to srivathsak)You really don't need any additional configuration once you specify the JBossTransactionManagerLookup if you run it under JBoss AS. We will do a JNDI JTA lookup when it is instantiated.
