Using Drop Down menu component in RSA 6.1 and Websphere Port

I am using Rational Software Architect (RSA) 6.1 on Websphere Portal 5.1. I tried to use the Rich Faces Drop Down Menu component in my JSP. However, as soon as I include the tag library at the top of the page, it gives and exception, mentioning that a file is not found. Do I need to down more JAR files? Could any one help?

Probably you specified an incorrect path to the included file, please verify it and give us more detailed info on the issue.
