tjakopec Sep 7, 2007 1:14 AM (in response to samdoyle)We working with RichFaces last 4 months. There was lots off problem but we find every answer here, and some off our requests were implemented. Even thoe I didn't use ICEfaces so I don't know how are thing in there forum.

The answer is yes. Red Hat provides support for their products including JBoss RichFaces. Ask Red Hat sales representatives for more information. -

Jboss forums are the public forums where there are no two sides. Guys who ask questions here might answer questions from other developers if they know the answers or just have clues.
In case of paid support, the exact response time is guarantied according to the agreement.
The response time on the public forum depends of how clear you are able to express your problem. If the question is clear enough, you might get the answer in a couple of minutes.
Paid support even can guaranties you that you will get an exclusive version of the product with bugs fixed right for you by your request, You can get the specific components that might never been in the future releases.
The forums is a main source for us (or at least for me) to understand what feature (components, enhancements etc) required for community.
