Set id to hidden field using SuggestionBox.

Hello,

I have suggestionBox that searches users by name. When the user select de user option I would like to setup the user selected on my backing bean or set the user id on hidden input field?

Is it possible?

You may use onselect client handler to make a request with support or perform some JS actions on client you need.

I am facing the same problem. I want to send the id of the selected item from the suggestionbox to the server.. Any sample code how to accomplish that?
