Rich 3.1.0 issues

Can anyone tell me if I'm going wrong with my upgrade to 3.1.0.
I've got the 3(api, imp, ui) jars and replaced my existing rich & a4j jars with them.

A simple rich:tree which displayed an XML structure and worked in 3.0.1, now displays but the nodes won't toggle. Could I be missing something.

I've posted a query relating to this in the last 24 hours but had no reply. I'm now beginning to suspect my upgrade status & configuration but everything else that uses rich or a4j seems ok.

Any help would be appreciated.

could you please check the reason of such tree behaviour? Some client/server errors?

After a few changes to the page I've started getting this error:

org.ajax4jsf.resource.ResourceNotFoundException: Resource not registered : org.richfaces.renderkit.html.images.TreeLineImage

The tree shows but is not responding to mouse events.
