javascript object Richfaces doesn't get downloaded when test

Help, please...
I'm testing the latest richfaces 3.1.0.
Ajax in general works, rich:dataTable and rich:panel works.
But when testing modalPanel it doesn't work b/c it requires some javascript object: Richfaces and somehow the js doesn't get downloaded to my browser.
Anybody has any clues?

My env:
jboss 4.2.1, seam 2.0beta and web.xml is pretty much the same as what is suggested in richfaces dev guide on setting web.xml for seam.

Can your inspect generated html code for a missing script, or provide your page source code, to reproduce problem ?

**MY MISTAKE**
I found my problem. The js didn't get included b/c I didn't include my xhtml that contains modalPanel.
