Has the Sybase Transaction problem been solved?

Hello,
Has the Sybase SET CHAINED (autoCommit)problems been resolved? It exists in 3.0.X. (i used 3.0.1, 3.0.4, 3.0.6) it seems to be ok in 3.2RC4 - but i'm afraid it will pop up again. Can someone tell me if it is solved? Please!

This problem has existed since July 2002 - thats when my company's engineering dept first reported it to Jboss. Do the Jboss folks know that many large Wall Street Financial firms are heavy Sybase users?

anyways, any info would be tremendously appreciated.

I downloaded 3.2 and 3.0.7 and it seems to be fixed in these versions...has the Transaction Manager changed?
