Where can I find the dtd or xsd for the *-ds.xml files?

I would like to understand all of my options for configuring datasources with the *-ds.xml files put in the ...depoly/ directory. Where can I find the DTD, XSD files, or documentation providing this information?

I don't know if there is a DTD or a schema for the datasource configuration, but in docs/examples/jca is a file called generic-ds.xml whose header comment claims:

<!-- Generic datasource configuration showing all possibilities -->
