What the best way to manage oracle connection pool ?

Hi,

I'm a new user in the jboss world and i'm wondering what is the best way, driver and/or open source software that can manage efficiently oracle connection ? (Like 20-40 connection in the same time).

Connection pooling is built into JBoss. Of course using CMP or Hibernate to manage your persistence for you would be preferred.
