    Jboss 3.0 and SQL server

    brette

      Hello,

I am sure this has been asked many times, however I am unable to find it by searching. I need to configure jboss to use MS SQL Server 7.0 and I am not sure how to go about it.

I know I need to get a driver and all that but I am not sure what config files or what alterations I need to make to get it to work. Any help would be great even a link that applied to the 3.x versions.

      Thanks,
      Brette

          Which version of 3.0?
There should be an example in docs/examples/jca
Change it and put in the deploy.

          Regards,
          Adrian

I am using version 3.0.4. I found the file you spoke of. I will make the changes to the file per your suggestion. At that point how do I gain access to it? The same way I would do it any other time. Using a connection object etc...

            Any code examples out there?

Thanks for your time on such a simple issue,
            Brette
