Docs for 4.0

Is someone going to finally reply to a post about where the docs for pay are for 4.0 version?

Sometimes I wonder if anyone is even paying attention to any of these posts...

All the documentation will be posted to the documentation page (http://www.jboss.org/docs/index). The 4.0 getting started guide is available now. The admin guide should be posted sometime in december.

When I subscribed for the annual documentation I got nice pdf's.
Will there be a printable pdf for the 4.0 book ?

I am also interested in a PDF for the 4.0.1 admin book. It would also be OK if it cost a little or if the anual subscription will work for it.

We will offer the admin server book in printed form shortly. Production issues with the book keep us from offering a PDF now, but we will most likely have a PDF after that point. The HTML is easier since it is much more flexible a format than PDF.

I prefer PDF version, whatever the format you are using for editing the book.
In "real" books, you can put bookmarks, annotations, add your own listings, ...
I tried to convert the html version to .pdf with Acrobat 6, but the result looks ugly, due to mixed landscape and portrait layouts, lack of page numbering, ...
I even tried to convert it into .chm format, but printed chm files are no better than normal html files.

Compared with pdf extraction, is pdf to text conversion is much simpler?
