PER_CLASS, PER_VM aspects with ejbs

Hello,
just wanted to get some info.

1. Would not PER_VM instance of an aspect create some bottlenecks?
2. Is there any benefit in using PER_CLASS vs PER_INSTANCE aspect with stateless ejbs? (I assume when ejb goes back to the pool instance of an aspect is not destroyed)

1) Not unless it contains synchronised blocks of code
2) For SLSB there should not be any point in scoping per instance, PER_CLASS can be used to associate info with a class
