suggestionbox displays behind modalPanel

hai everyone
in my project i use the suggestionbox component on the modalPanel.
but it displays behind the modalPanel.
i am using richfaces- 3.1.0 in my project

I'm using

richfaces-impl-3.1.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
richfaces-ui-3.1.1-SNAPSHOT.jar
richfaces-api-3.1.1-SNAPSHOT.jar

And the h:selectOneMenu items shines through the modal panel.

I have the same problem, suggestion box displays behind modalPanel. I'm using Richfaces 3.1.2.SP1. When this bug is going to be fixed?

I found out what was wrong in my code - I removed zindex attribute of the modalPanel and then suggestion box displays correctly ;-)
