rich:modalPanel doesn't submit controls inside it

I have rich:modalPanel and
unhide it using javascript (as in demo)
inside it I have ajax4jsf command link to submit values.

Action is invoked on server side, but
values of the controls on that modalPanel are not submitted.

I'm using 3.1.1-SNAPSHOT from Seam 2.0.RC1.

Is there a workaround for this behavior?

Without code snippet I'm able only to tell you that I'm able to achieve what you need using my test apps.

1) Are you use h:form inside panel?
2) Are you sure that MP with form isn't inside external form?

Using separate h:form solved it.
