Buttons Stop Working

I have a facelet with various ajax4jsf and richfaces components. Most of the time all my links and buttons work fine. But then for some reason they stop working.

Any ideas why this might happen? Or how to go about debugging this?

i'm not sure i could provide a simple snippet. there are various templates, custom tags, includes, decorations, etc.

so, i'm just looking for some tips on where to start looking.

it is a basic <h:commandLink/> component that stops working.

any suggestions?

yes. the link still displays but does nothing when clicked.

Actually, I had tried that but got other weird behavior. I will give it another try.
