WS-* and JCP

This is a more general question regarding the WS-* specifications.
I realized that there is a JSR for WS-Addressing (http://www.jcp.org/en/jsr/detail?id=261),
that already published an API-Draft for JAX-WS (JAX-RPC2).

Are there simliar approaches for other web service specifications?
