JSR-181 annotation reader

We are generally thinking about an external annotation reader that will allow you to place all JSR-181 annotation meta data in an external xml file. In that way it would be possible to use an unannotated poji to setup and endpoint. This is also relevant for the ESB

Right, so we've done this for JAXB Annotations. This is also now supported on the JBossWS 2.x codebase.
