Missing Stack Specific Resources Maven Artifacts

Folks,

we used to have this pom for 3.0.1 release. This resources pom contained wstools.*, wsprovide.*, wsconsume.* scripts and other xml files. Unfortunately I don't see the replacement or equivalent in current stacks artifacts. Didn't we forget about that?
