JBossRetro/JBossStringBuilder issue

To fix the JBBUILD-306 java5 StringBuilder mapping we need to map this so a class like org.jboss.util.JBossStringBuilder. However, this is not refactored out into a common-util.jar we can import yet in head, and certainly not in 4.0. We could include a jboss-common-util.jar with just the JBossStringBuilder in the jbossretro module thirdparty until the jboss common jars are properly broken out to get its tests to pass.

Alternatively we need a jbossretro local JBossStringBuilder.

I implemented the two incomplete methods in JBossStringBuilder and put a copy into jbossretor as org.jboss.lang.JBossStringBuilder to keep the dependencies to a minimum for the 1.0.0.GA release.
