Block management in java nuke

Hi all,

With the refered url is : index.html?module=block&op=create

I have problem when managing Block

There are four real blocks already for adding new blocks :
Main menu, Whos online, Login, HTML block.

But
Other blocks of the other specific modules are not allowed adding function from block mangement

I do not know how other blocks can be allowed with adding function from block management

right, to be recognised they must offer a constructor with String,boolean

I will correct that and commit it.
