CVS Nukes 1.x: Missing nukes-installer.war/index.jsp?

I just got the latest Nukes 1.x source from CVS. When I build the nukes-installer.war, the index.jsp file is missing from the war. Is this auto-generated or is it missing from CVS?

The installer has not been ported to HEAD, the installer is in the branch tagged Nukes_branch_1_1.

All the files are there
