Nightly builds

The current nightly builds (url hopefully soon to be released) has issues with the hibernatetools build - mainly because it doesn't seem to fully build the dependent hibernate jars etc.

to remedy that I have simply just included all the dependent jars into org.hibernate.eclipse/lib (lib/hibernate and lib/tools).

Marshall - please let me know if I/we need to change something in the autobuild to make that work..

I will go ahead and remove the need for the hibernate requirement as part of the build process. The rest should all take care of itself as long as you have also updated the build.properties of the plugin to include these jars.

build.properties includes lib/ and thus should include all the other stuff too.
