Patch for xerces buildRequirements.xml

This fixes a couple of issues with PDE calls to build Hibernate tools on Windows.
Couldn't find anywhere to submit this in JIRA.

Hi Curt.. thanks for the patch.

Just curious -- what problems is this fixing? (I've been able to build HTools succesfully for the past few nights..)

xerces is not a requirement for HTools, just jbide core.

...and marshall you are the only that have been able to build it successfully ever ;)

I'm trying to get a nightly build going on my home machine. Currently it's running WinXP 64. I ran into an issue where before the Hibernate Tools bombs out, I noticed the Xerces path was missing dir separators in the log and had Ant propery names (${xerces.directory}) in it. This makes sure that the correct path is set and that the properties resolve.

Not sure if this was going to help with getting a nightly build, but it was an issue. I found another issue in the main build-product.xml, it assumes 64bit systems are Unix. I made a quick change, but I'm not sure of all the repurcussions, so I'll look at it again this weekend. (I'm travelling this week, and the client hard drive in my laptop isn't a great place to work on this.)

BTW, is this the best place to submit patches? JIRA seems to be read only.
