New look of JBoss JMX console

I tested this and it indeed looks very good. We would only need to replace the images and JSPs (the control servlets are likely unchanged), and that's it, so I don't think patches are needed.

One of the issues, however, is that a consistent look is "needed" across everything (www.jboss.org, the welcome page, JMX console, web console).
