Default commit options for various container types

Posting here to discuss whether we want to tidy up a bit our default commit options per container type:

Standard CMP 2.x EntityBean - B
cmp2.x jdbc2 pm - C (**isn't there a better name???**)
Clustered CMP 2.x EntityBean - B
Standard CMP 2.x EntityBean with cache invalidation - A
Instance Per Transaction CMP 2.x EntityBean - C
Standard CMP EntityBean - A
Clustered CMP EntityBean - A
Instance Per Transaction CMP EntityBean - C
Standard BMP EntityBean - C (**recently changed from A for cts**)
Clustered BMP EntityBean - A
Instance Per Transaction BMP EntityBean - C

I changed the defaults for JBoss 5 some time ago.

I also asked on the dev list whether the same should be done for 4.2.

Yes, there could be a better name :)

As to the switch to C from A for the BMP, that was needed to pass a test in the CTS. In my opinion we don't have to change our defaults actually. I am awaiting a response from Sun on this issue.

Can you come up with a better name for cmp2.x jdbc2 pm? This is a time that it can be changed.
